Operations Intelligence on Your Existing Cameras
Most manufacturing and distribution facilities have IP cameras covering their floor. What those cameras don't provide is analytics. Raw footage is available for playback after an incident. Zone utilization, PPE compliance rate, and flow patterns are not — unless you have a system extracting those metrics continuously.
Misti provides that extraction layer. Connect existing cameras via RTSP or ONVIF, define zones on your floor plan, and within days your operations team has zone-level density counts, automated PPE compliance detection, safety event logs, and shift summary reports — without replacing hardware, adding sensors, or overhauling IT infrastructure.
The outcomes that matter to operations buyers: post-incident investigation time reduced from a half-shift to under 40 minutes. PPE compliance rates lifted from estimated spot-check data to continuously measured and documented figures that hold at FDA or OSHA inspection. Zone bottlenecks identified and addressed the same shift they occur, not reconstructed after the weekly ops review.
Designed for Compliance-Heavy Industrial Environments
Camera-First
The capital investment in IP camera infrastructure is already made. Misti layers analytics on top — no sensor procurement, no hardware refresh cycle. Operations data starts flowing in days.
Privacy by Design
Facilities deploy Misti alongside workers with GDPR data subject rights, CCPA protections, and union monitoring agreements. Our design accounts for all three — no biometric ID, aggregate zone metrics only, blur option per zone.
Audit-Ready Output
Compliance documentation isn't a byproduct — it's a primary output. Every shift's PPE compliance data, every event log entry, every access action is timestamped and retained, ready for OSHA, HACCP, or FDA inspection.
Built from Manufacturing Floor Experience
Misti was founded in 2024 to address a specific gap in manufacturing operations: facilities had substantial IP camera coverage, but those cameras fed security recorders — not operations data systems. Post-incident investigations meant hours of manual footage review. PPE compliance rates were supervisor estimates, not measurements. Zone bottlenecks were reconstructed from memory after the shift ended.
The design constraint was clear from the start: the platform had to work within existing IT and OT infrastructure, without requiring sensor procurement, MES integration, or camera replacement. It also had to address the privacy and worker-notification obligations that any video analytics system deployed in a unionized facility or GDPR-jurisdiction operation must handle. Misti was built to those constraints from day one, not retrofitted to them later.
