Working on Industrial Observability
Misti is building the operations intelligence layer for manufacturing and distribution facilities — real-time zone data, safety compliance, and incident investigation on existing camera infrastructure.
Misti is focused on making industrial operations observable at the zone level — without requiring new hardware, sensors, or IT overhaul. We work directly with plant managers, EHS leads, and operations directors to configure and operate the platform at their facilities.
There are no posted job listings at this time. We are actively looking for people with direct experience in one of three areas:
Computer Vision Engineering
Real-time video stream processing, object detection and tracking, inference optimization for variable industrial lighting conditions. Familiarity with RTSP/ONVIF is a plus.
Manufacturing Operations
Direct experience as an operations director, plant manager, or EHS lead in a manufacturing or distribution environment. We care more about what you know about floor operations than about software.
Customer & Deployment Engineering
Technical account management, deployment engineering, or solutions architecture in industrial software. Understanding of OT/IT network boundaries and SCADA integration context is valued.
