Zone Flow
Entry and exit counts per zone per time interval. Identify where traffic bottlenecks form, which aisles are over-trafficked relative to their clearance width, and when shift changeover creates congestion.
Zone Utilization
Percentage of a zone's expected occupancy being used, per 15-minute interval. Identify underutilized zones during high-demand shifts and correlate with throughput or equipment availability data.
